I tri to see, an HNT

Well, up until the end of the holidays, I think I had a good run with exercise and improving myself a bit, bodywise. Nothing major, but enough that I could see the difference. (I mention this at the end of this post from December)
Now... Well, now I suppose I'm just coasting.
Even slacking a bit.
A little squishiness here, I little lack of development there.
Still better than I used to be two years ago, but still...
I DO continue to be motivated but lately it's been on more of an every-other-week basis. Not ideal, and it definitely won't get rid of any minor paunchiness. On the other hand, it *does* feel great to do a full set of workouts after a week off. Feels like I've done extra work, even though it's not true.
Anyway, there's enough areas I know always need work and simply don't get enough, like the chest (definitely a genetic weakness there, I think), stomach (lack of discipline), butt (lack of stairmasters at home), and thighs (same, mainly to keep them from being all flab... geez, how gay can I get?)
Then are at least a couple of areas I seem to do ok with. Biceps seem to be something I can exercise well, and when I do, it seems visibly obvious. A good 5 years ago, I would not have even thought that was possible - I thought I was somehow genetically incapable of arm development.
Now, what's interesting is that I feel that I'm also good with tricep exercises, but while it *feels* clear that I have some muscle in the tri area, I never really *see* it.
In fact, it seems like you have to do really crazy arm gyrations to even grab a hint that there's anything even there.

And frankly, no one walks around like this. Yes, I do stretches in this position, but that's about it. And, heck, in that position, everything else (biceps, chest) looks stupid.
So what's really the point of exercising a muscle no one sees, unless you're planning to show off while being handcuffed?
Well... I do remember reading that without well exercised triceps, you biceps don't really amount to much. If that's true or not, I have no idea, and I'm not about to stop working the tri's to test it out.
Maybe I can have someone
Anyways, Happy HNT!
The now obligatory disclaimer for my HNT posts:
As the link I always provide describes, "HNT" or "Half-Nekkid Thursday" refers to a voluntary blog activity, kind of a silly web-game, where on Thursdays you post a picture of some part of you.(end of disclaimer)
It is not meant to be sexual, pornographic, or obscene in any way, though there are some that do that sort of thing.
In general, some people will show an armpit(!) or some abs - see Large Tony - while others will use a prop and/or a story and just show a pic of themselves in a pose - see Steven at Human Nature.
Here these posts are likely to be sporadic from me, as I'm not inventive enough to come up with new scenarios and I severely doubt anyone wants to see my big toe.

A big ol'bicep looks great, but for that big ol'arm look, ya know, the thick upperarm that everyone drools over, the meat of that comes from your triceps! Keep up the good work!
There ain't nothin' wrong with your body, buddy. Nothin'.
I'm told that the triceps make up most of the mass of the arm...something like twice as much. So, it gives your upper arm some beef.
It's sort of true. I have pretty good triceps and my arm looks bigger than it really is.
